New Year's Eve Celebration

David and I were invited to a party at the Neighbor's House. We spent some time w/the kids, and then left Ben in charge and went to the Parks House. It was very low-key, very relaxing, and super fun.

We had a great NYE celebrating w/our friends. So thankful for our sweet neighbors.

Here's to 2016!

Mom turned 75 on Tuesday, Dec 28. We couldn't make our schedules work until Thursday, Dec 31 to go out for lunch. The 5 of us, plus mom and Christopher went to Mi Cocina to celebrate mom turning 75!! I got her a cake from Nothing Bundt Cake, which she loved.

Tornados

The day after Christmas, we got some really bad weather, and tornadoes that tore up our neighboring town. The town that we called home for 13 years. It was very scary for us all. We were so blessed, that the tornadoes didn't cross the lake and come to our side. But it was terrifying during and after seeing the destruction that the F3 & F4 tornadoes left behind.
