Good-bye Volkswagon

The VW died, and we no longer wanted to put money into it, when we weren't sure what was wrong with it. We donated it to Kars for Kids. It was a great thing to do, I know. But it was like a death in the family. We have had that car since Ben was born. So sad to see it go!

Hays Family Science Night

Andy & Wilke

Andy's class was given tickets for good behavior. Andy saved his up so he could bring a stuffed animal to school. He wanted to bring his bear, Wilke. I texted his teacher to ask her, and she asked how big it was. So ...... we measured! Turns out - he was too big. He had to fit in Andy's backpack. :(( Andy ended up cashing them in to be able to have lunch w/his teacher at her desk.

Ben withdrawl from AAE

This was probably one of the hardest decisions I had to make.

New Mexico / El Paso

We had a great time, and enjoyed seeing where David grew up and so many great things.
But we are happy to be home!
